Stacey & Jacob were married in August 2022 in Peterstone court, Brecon. This wonderful wedding venue set in the Brecon beacons national park was where I also got married to my wife, so i love working there as it brings back memories of my own wedding day! Needless to say I know the surrounding area and venue exeptionally well and have covered weddings here multiple times over the last 10 years as well as covering wedding ceremonies in the church attached. With stunning summer sunshine we found a great field for photos and Stacey looked just stunning on the day ...

Peterstone court was originally built in the 17th century, but has undergone several renovations and additions over the years making it one of Wales premier wedding venues. The earliest records of the house date back to 1678, when it was owned by a family named Parry. In the 18th century, the house passed into the hands of the Williams family, who made significant additions and improvements to the property. In the early 19th century, the house was purchased by Sir Joseph Bailey, a wealthy industrialist and Member of Parliament. Bailey added a ballroom and a chapel to the house, and also landscaped the surrounding gardens. Bailey's descendants owned the property until the mid-20th century. During World War II, the house was used as a military hospital, and later served as a school. In the 1980s, it was converted into a hotel and country club, and underwent further renovations and restorations to restore it to its former glory. Today, Peterstone Court is a popular destination for weddings, events, and luxury getaways. It features 12 acres of landscaped gardens, a spa, a swimming pool and a fine dining restaurant. The historic house and its grounds continue to be a cherished part of Brecon's heritage with views behind over pen y fan in the distance. I actually got married in Peterstone court myself so when it comes to Peterstone court weddings Its one of my favourite wedding venues ot work at in South Wales.
